You're making an excellent job of this Jack. Shame about the decals but they look fine. Weathering is spot on. Oils are so useful.
Thanks Jim. I 'think' I'm starting to get the hang of oils and how good and versatile
they can be.

This is great, such a different build to see on the forum. Splendid work too.

Jack, I'm thinking the AA platform looks pretty believable...considering the AA mount was probably manned every time the Sub surfaced.......it wouldn't take long for the paint to wear through and then the rust to set in.....just a thot with a late morning coffee and a Hobnob. ;)

Been chipping away at the starboard side weathering (pun intended). After hearing lots of praise for Flory Washes, i bought a couple of shades. Instant fan here.
