Well I hope you like them both together the Mig is from the Russian sig and the Sabre I've just completed in the Aircraft forum.

I never saw the Mig build but it looks great.

Together they look just right for me in the way you have displayed them:smiling3:

No I reckon that MiG is about to get the good news of 200 50-cal shells ruining his day!

Lovely job Ian!

You're too strong Patrick, gentle man, I warm using warm/hot water and do a small bend, then return to the water and then another small bend. I tried heating direct and knackered it.

Great job ian theyre both fantastic builds. , i reckon the mig got away thanks to his better acceleration and climb rate , unless he was an inexperienced north korean pilot and made the mistake of trying to escape by turning in which case the sabre would have had him !!! Cheers tony

That Mig is bugging out, heading for the fence and to freedom! :smiling3:

Be very proud of this, you have every right to be.

Both your recent builds ive looked at and loved the way you displayed them, and thankfully patrick asked the question as i felt a tit thinking about asking! (I really need to get used to people being friendly and helpful on here! Just not normal for the internet!)

Where do you get that rod?

Oh and i should have said, again another fine plane you have made!

These are both excellent, I love the Sabre. Not so keen on the mig cammo but that's a personal taste thing, you built and painted them both really well. Nice one

Thanks Patrick I put mine in the oven. I heat the oven to around 150 to 200 c then put the rod on a baking tray and put it in for a few seconds then take it out to see if it's gone soft don't leave if in too long other why's it bubbles ask me how I know ?
