Main difference is the colour of the facings Red for the 4th and buff for the 13th.

These are the things it spits out:

I’ve been on USS North Carolina, and the main thing I remember (other than the heat inside) is standing in the rear gun turret behind those huge guns. That, and the thickness of the armour on that turret, which was very obvious climbing in through a hatch in the floor.

Not a clue … All I can make out on the pillars are the dates 1943 and 1954, which could mean anything.
