What a weird picture ? does anyone remember those pictures within hidden designs,you buy them as a framed print on market stalls etc,the more that you look the more easily it is to see the hidden picture.
I suppose that you could do the version that Char has shown here with any picture,provided that you knew how to to ?

yes i remeber them there is the 3D ones as well which screw your eyes up.
