Tamiya 1/48 Heinkel HE162

Finished this one over the past couple of days. It was meant to be 'wheels down' until I broke one of the undercarriage legs. Main colours are from an AK Real Colour Luftwaffe late war set and I also used a 3d printed interior decal set.

Love the 'in flight' set up Nick, shame about the undercarriage, like Dave mentioned above, they are so often the weak link in a perfect kit, but you've rescued it and turned out a beauty despite it...

YES Nick love this very well built an paint scheme is very good an was lookin at the real thing in duxford musemum an if i got this right from what i read on it was meant mainly for hitler youth pilots as it was made from wood
