Quite happy how this all went together, unusual for me to work in 1/72(76) but was enjoyable in a sadistic sort of way :smiling3:

The extra figures are from the RAF ground crew set, i chopped off their hats and glued a little blob of bluetac on the top then pressed it down to form a beret.

The little Morris axle base was too narrow for the trailer so i cut up come styrene sheet (plastic sails from some boat builds i did) and formed planks to scale to about 12 foot x 12inches, these were carried on the trailer just for this purpose.

The ropes just cotton thread, bushes and ground work are as i explained in my dio tutorial (although this is a reclaimed base from the plesiosaur dio i did) and the trees are grape stems with scatter added, (Rons idea!)

Apologies for the odd shot as the camera had a dicky fit with focusing and white balance due to not having enough Go-Go juice left in the batteries :smiling3:

Well that was quick.

Great job well done. I would not like to be the guy standing in front of the Morris....

Nice one Colin I like it a lot.

Thanks for comments guys, much appreciated!

The guy in front of the morris is either pushing it up the ramp, opening the bonnet, holding it in place, or just leaning on it.... It's up to you to decide.

Ian makes the most prominent point though..... I wouldn't want to be him just in case it started rolling:smiling: :smiling:

Fantastic Colin. At first when I saw your pics at the beginning I thought the grade of the moulding detail was pretty low standard but you have certainly made this piece come to life mate. Well done.

Great diorama Colin, a lot going on in there, high levels of detail as we have come to expect from your great builds. Enjoyed watching this come together too, nice job mate.
