how do i get rid of the finger smug on this part just abbove this writing

up date taken back to plastic and going to spray plastic primer red ( halfords several coats) then ( volkswagen canyon red pearlescent ) several coats and same with plastic coat primer grey and then ( volkswagen diamond black pearlescent ) after i masked some of the red then clear coat it later on

I GIVE UP ON MODELING. AS THE FERRING IS SNAPPED AND I KEEP GETTING RUN MARKS AND AND DEFAULTS NEED HELP, I HAVE SANDED AND WASHED THEN SPRAYED PRIMER LEFT TO DRYWAITED 15 MINS INBETWEEN EACH SPRAY , SANDED, THEN WASHED THEN TOP COAT LEFT TO DRY OVER NIGHT SANDED WITH WET AND DRY 1200 GRIT SPRAYED 2ND TOP COAT LEFT TO DRY, THEN I NOTICED A RUN IN THE PAINT TONIGHT STARTED TO SAND BACK TO GET RID OF THE RUN AND THEN I NOTICED FERRIRING SNAPPED.
