Here is my original P IV that was in a snow dio, that got dropped and shattered into pieces, the tank was also broken-badly, so have re-vamped it into a knocked out and left jobbie.

Shell holes and splattering/marks, more rust, busted track, smoke damage and ash residue, mud splatters and a re-touch up of paint in places.

Well Si i think I will rename you Si-rust (get it ? good) . The rust expert.

I can see just by looking at this Si how much you enjoy doing this sort of thing.

Only thing I would comment on is the black cross on the white back ground. Needs a bit of a deterioration factor applied.

Doesn't look too bad in the natural light Laurie, although maybe a slight oil wash may darken or even a white wash. Problem is the flash on the camera just blinds any subtle elements, the rust is rather varied but just looks the same colour on the piccies.

Agree Si. Noticed on some photos I have published just gives at times an unreal look compared to the original. Pretty annoying. As a help with flash if you can knock the flash off a piece of white paper to reflect back it gets rid of a lot of flash introduced effects.

Great Si , what about a muddy base to set it off ?.
I was thinking about it...need a 7x5 and haven't got anything that will do the job at the moment, hence the stand alone.
