After a little fight towards the end I've managed to finish this very nice Tamiya kit.
I tried a few different things as I went, you'll see from my build thread I did the non slip texture, I also had a go at oil washes for the first time.
I think I learnt a lot form this build in anticipation of building the Meng M3A3 Bradley shortly.
The pictures aren't great but once I sort out better lighting source I'll re-do them. Also in one of the pictures the one figures arm is in mid air where it slipped when rotating the model
