Rotbraun added. Might add some more after i've added the green. This is because the picture i've seen of the 12.SS.Pz Div one i am trying to depict is very heavily mottled with very little Dunkelgelb showing through.
I'll also paint the wheels later

Dunkelgrun added. What i enjoy about this type of painting is that it wouldn't be masked. It was all done free hand and therefore susceptible to overspray. I'm sure old Hans didn't care too much if he went over another colour.

IMHO, that’s a mistake a lot of modellers make: trying to do this camouflage too neatly and artistically. German AFVs in France before 6 June 1944 were often sprayed pretty neatly (because they were essentially on garrison duty, so lots of time and plenty of Feldwebels with nothing better to do than see if things are done correctly), but afterward … as long as it’s camouflaged, we’re good.
