She is lovely.

Secondly, so sorry to hear of the loss Jim, thinking of you and yours.

Thirdly, the dio looks superb, great work, gory, yes, and why not? War is hell, the parades and shiny buttons mean nothing, these men and machines are designed for one thing. The reality is that men get maimed and killed blood spilt. As modellers why should we shy away from the true nature behind our builds.

Got a bit more done, yeah I know I'm a slow poke. Finished weathering tanks {I guess:rolleyes:} dry brushed colors for trench, have a bunch of stores and equipt. to scatter about in trench. Won't be long now, figures, wire, a bit of touching up, facine to be properly rigged with chains {been studying photos} some Dullcoat to deepen colors and some urethane in spots for that wet look. The wife said "why such drab colors?" I said #$*:mad:*#%*!! The next time I post it, it will be in a "Completed Dioramas" thread. Thanks to all for your interest and sorry for the drama:oops:.................Jim:smiling3:

Thanks Moni, still a ways to go, wish they made more WW1 stuff, hopefully it might catch on in future. Planning next "awful" dio, in a dark mood of late, but still my humorous self :oops:.....Jim:smiling3:

Thanks Polux:smiling3: Just viewed your FT, I like it a lot, they should give us seniors major discounts on the bigger scale models, easier on the eyes and hands. May be I'll run for office on the platform of "Give us 1/16 or give us - uh - I don't know but I'll think of somethingo_O.............Jim:smiling3:
