Top work David , nice shading . I take it this isnt the old Airfix 1/12 kit , i seem to remember him having a 'rifle in hands' pose , same as the 54mm one . Great build and inspiration for the figure GB coming up later in the year , cheers tony

The figure is from the Miniart Historical Figurers Series, kit number 16017 1:16th or 120mm plastic injection.


It went together ok but needs a lot of filler and Mr Surfacer 500 and 1,000.


Paints.


Jacket are from the Andrea range, everything else was either Vallejo model or model air


Weathering.


For the trousers and wastecoat was my own mix of Mig oils which can't remember


what I used sorry ratio 3 parts thinner to a light small brush full.


The figure was brush painted.

very well paint with the wastecoat,with the tones and shading,


and the jacket is well done as well ,like how you have pickup the highs/lows with it,

you do the same as I,dont wright down your mix,s lol,just wing it and hope you do have enough
