Time to get this underway then, well as half of us are building the same thing, just a quick sprue shot.20220701_183303.jpg
Here are the seats from quickboost 20220701_184632.jpg20220701_183744.jpg
They look ok hopefully they will fit ok.
Think I'll do a Jim on the bench before I start!;):smiling2:20220701_184425.jpg

Hi Mark
Great to see you're off and running. Those resin seats look identical to mine except they are 1/48. They'll look just the job when painted up.

Quick tip. Please wear at least slippers at the bench. A pointy scalpel in the top of the foot hurts.
Er, ouch……I usually do something like that by trying to catch the damn things……it hurts a lot when it’s a soldering iron, by the way.

At least it runs until Dec, so I should have a good chance of getting it completed.
Nice start Mark, going to watch everyone else before I make the leap !

Right JR.......'fraid you'll get yer feet wet? :tongue-out3: ;) You might end up liking Wingy Thingys !!
Rick my dear friend :smiling2:I'll have you know I've built 2 ,( yes that many ) before. One even was a biplane and I managed to even to do some rigging ! The other was a more modern WW2. Fighter, managed to loose the cockpit cover ! Can you guess what they were ?

This time I'm attempting to recreate the crash landing of the plane sent to the Russians. They failed to land properly on its test flight ! The good thing is there will be some mud , no tracks , so should be enjoyable :smiling2:
