Sorted it out yesterday with them. Had a bit of a moan but a very nice woman said she'd get the right one in the post first class. Got it recorded delivery this morning. When I asked what they wanted me to do wit the regulator, she said I could keep it as they didn't want to put me out anymore. So overall, very nice staff but a crap system! I'll let you know how it works.........
