I'm calling this finished .......... Comments good, bad or indifferent always welcome.


Tamiya Sd.kfz 7/1 Flakvierling - 1/35 ......... I acquired as a part built kit. Not too much of a challenge. But detailing the gun pretty much fully assembled was interesting.

That looks fantastic, the weathering is spot on...... The cracked concrete dio is superb.... Top job

I did have a question, I can't see from the photos, is the checker plate dry brushed with silver at all? I don't know how they would clamber about these but some dry brushing around the gun in a circle seems like it would look good?

Thanks Ken. It Isn't up there with your "Reale Dr France, but I`m moderately happy with it.

I did think about that Dougie. But there ain't a lot of room or much of the deck showing. So I went for a worn rusty iron look.
