I think i see a Wespe box on the edge of the picture.... Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm sure there wasn't any connection between them and Stugs... ;)

Hi all

So this is my humble submission.

My stash if divided into two halves - those bought for wargaming purposes for our little battles and those for 'display' purposes. The below excludes though WIP/stalled. Everything is 1/72 with two exceptions.

Wargaming offering
Quite a mix and also remember there are three kits in the Plastic Soldier Company box

'Display' pieces
Mostly planes or something with a link to planes. The Pz II is for my SimonT GB and the 'rogue' Aston Martin was a gift from a foster child a friend was looking after for a time

50476581823_0b12d8fb67_b.jpg

And all nicely stored away in their 'homes' awaiting the day when it's their turn!

I feel like a hoarder...lol... all of these tubs are full,of 1/35 scale armor, upgrade detail kits, figures, etc.. “thinking I have a wee bit of a problem like the rest of ya for having a very healthy stash of model kits in stock”.....if we all banded together we’d have one hell of an online modeling store..

I'm very fortunate in that my partner encourages me to buy any kit I desire as an offset to her own collecting of various objects. She realises that the cost of a kit divided by the hours spent in construction, gives the hobby a very low cost per hour.
Ironically now my partner encourages my hobby, I've calmed down with buying kits. I think it was partly the thrill of sneaking them past her...

I read somewhere that in the 1960s/’70s, in the USA the most popular subject for modelling was cars. Your stash seems to confirm that :smiling3:

Hey Joe, hope you are well in downtown Ohio and how many shares of Rubbermaid stocks do own. Looks like you keep them in business Bro!

Ok here is a very small portion of my Truck and Car model stash.

Wow Lee, That collection sure does bring back a lot of memories of my youth...Haven't seen a Jo-Han kit in years...BTW, do you have any of these in the stash too,

I only have one and a Tiger II doesn't fit. Oh, and the rubber bands are not included either I'm afraid...................

Prost
