Looking good Al.

Don't know anyone who doesn't like the finish it gives that has used it but as you say it does smell, which rules it out for me as I am in the kitchen.... :sad-face:

I must try that primer. They make a Mr S1500 which is supposed to be excellent. Looking superb Alan.

All that work on the combustion chambers and you can see what exactly? You can see some things 'in the flesh' if you look closely. My crappy camera doesn't really pick it up (it is decades old now). Nearly time to push all these engine bits together and fill the joints then paint

I was going to crack open my packet of HWG seatbelts for the cockpit. But after the events of the last few weeks, i'm not in the mood to be a sadist. Yes they are fantastic belts when built up. But they are a kit in themselves imho. And at the moment. Actually sitting at the bench is a win.

So time to crack on with these.

So my first time back at the bench since late May. Had a few mojo and life issues to deal with. But i have some time off now so thought i'd get some things done to this. Started to build up the undercarriage bay

Finally sat at the bench today. Decided to get some progress done on this stalled build.

I really want to finish this engine scratch build so i can move onto the undercarriage bay. So the rear end primed ready for Vallejo metal finish.

Will let that dry and then give it a blast over.

Good to see this back on the go Alan. Too much fine work has gone into iit just for it to languish at the back of the bench.

Cheers Tim

Lost mojo, intense times at work and life stuff have made this sidelined. But i'm now actually wanting to get some model making done. So whilst i feel like this, i'll make the most of it :smiling3:
