If you can’t get those 4D modelshop do both thin pewter and aluminium sheet that would be suitable.
Thanks Tim use them quite often for Kappa Line, will check out the prices.

I have used empty toothpaste tubes before ,( they are now plastic :sad: ) Ex - glue , oil paint ec. are worth saving too. .

Try the foil from Ritz cracker boxes. It's much thicker than ordinary kitchen foil but thinner than the foil trays from your favourite Chinese takeaway.

Aluminium Coke tins also work well, but I use a roller type device from a craft shop.

I found the aluminium foil baking trays perfect for the job.
