thanks tony, thanks andy, thanks ian, i did use a plastic bottle top. i wanted to get it better but i thought after a few atempts that'll do. water's a weird one, u could maybe try the bottle top idea that i did but instead of covering it in dirt and stones, you could think'n it up by covering it in p.v.a glue or clear varnish and a little bit of light blue paint. trial and error really.
