Hi Paul I tried my first sculpt, well I tried to make a small head and I'm not going to taint your post with the results all I can say is ahhhhhhhhhhhhh!

I used green stuff as it stays soft for awhile.

I have even more respect for your work sir.

Do you have any links for walkthroughs, basic stuff where to start, I can get the proportions and general shape correct, to me anyway but adding details like eye balls, nose, mouth etc was near impossible.

Do you add these as you go or use the the existing material and mould it to shape.

If I'm being a pain just ignore me.

Hi Martin you are not a pain by any means. I think we are going to start a sculpting thread for anyone thats interested in the very near future and we can discuss and go through the various stages of sculpting, so keep yer eyes peeled
