Have got colour on some of this now, some detail has been removed from the cockpit area ready for the PE...
Hi Paul, cutting or sanding away original details was required, some of the PE was extra details not supplied with the kit in any form and just had to be glued on.Can I ask how you removed it, Mark? Was it omitting pieces, or cutting away moulded detail?
Cheers Jim, the one thing doing PE has taught me is....I need new glassesHi Mark
Some fine work there. PE work has added some great detail.

Thanks mateThis is looking fantastic Mark!
Didn't lose any, there is a few I haven't put on though, sure no one will notice if I keep quite about it .......oops.And you didn't lose any levers. If that was me, I'd probably have two or three left, with the others, scattered around my room.
Thanks mate going OK considering you can probably count the number of planes I've done on one hand lol.So much detail! looks great!
Excuse me Mark .Hi Mark
Builds onto a big model. That PE looks a nice set but as with all PE you tend to pick and choose what is worth using. Cockpit is looking great. I rarely use CA for PE first off. I used Gator Hobby Glue (almot impossible to find now) but that white PVA works ok. Give wiggle time and cleans up with a damp brush. If I am worried about the fix being secure I wick a drop of thin CA into the join when the PVA has dried. Looking forward to the rest.

Cheers john, the levers where a bit of a challenge .Mark that PE is fantastic, and the knobs on as well ! Well done , bet they were fun !
I totally understand and agree with missing a couple out. No one will hear of this omission from me. Mum's the word.Didn't lose any, there is a few I haven't put on though, sure no one will notice if I keep quite about it .......oops.
