Papa695s Mosquito GB chat thread

Definitely ready. I've been doing a load of odds and ends to some stalled models over the last few weeks while waiting for this to start and I'm fed up.
Bench all cleared now.

I’ll be a little late as well. The Spit hasn’t progressed quite as quickly as I thought it would because Ive been decorating as well. This one will start when I get to the “wait for paint” stage of the spit and the aftermarket stuff arrives.

Not quite Ian, I just have to wrap up my Gladiator - just clear coats and decals left though!

Ooops! Sorry Ian, but I won't be joining this GB after all. I did have one of the Tamiya 1/48 kits but I must have sold it last year when I cleared out a bit of room on my stash shelves!

It has Mossies there apparently and is only a 20 minute drive from my house so I'd be crazy not to visit

Some years ago I was given a load of PE by a member here who was giving up the hobby. Looking through it just now I came across some part-used Eduard etch for a 1:48 Mosquito - this set: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/39348347...364432&customid=393483473105_220&toolid=11000
Quite a lot of it is still there, including the seatbelts
