The front well looks great Ian , the additions really make a big difference. The old profile gauge is a very useful bit of kit isnt it? , invaluable sometimes when youre having to make bulkheads .firewalls etc. cheers tony

What do i think!? Fan -piggin-tastic mate!! I really love this sort of modelling , the construction of something as complicated as this bomb bay all from plastic card and scrap - brilliant!! keep it up mate , you do realise youre going to have to display this one on a mirror!!, cheers tony

Thanks Ole and Tony, and yes that was my plan to have the mirror in the middle of an hard standing/runway type of base but still plenty of work to do on the bomb bay when its painted

I used to love watching these fly at the Finningly Air Show years ago when they still did the 'Vulcan Scramble' Four of these monsters almost simultaneously going into a near vertical climb, not only an amazing sight and sound but the feeling of power reverberating hrough your body was truly awesome, a word I do not use lightly.

Too true graham , if only we'd known how lucky we were to witness those displays (and the good old lightning take off and climb at full afterburner to about 20 000 ft in about 20 secs! ,That was a deafener too!!) great days, cheers tony

One of the advantages of age Tony is that we saw what people now call history :wheelchair:
