Hi Steve, I feel your pain. You may find it easier to use 0.3 copper wire than the styrene for the hinge pivot, it makes it easier to fold the fingers round.In the world of PE there are two things I hate doing. One is clamps the other is hinges
It took one hour to do these two using 0.5mm styrene rod and 0.5mm pewter rivets. Fortunately there are only two more too do. Life would have been easier if I had chosen to have the hatches closed
