HI Rick yea but hard goin as nothin lines up so clamps are order of the day but like you say im getting there but not like Petes s chopper it looks good compered to mine

an now fitting the bottom section an ive just soldered the last lot of wires an ive painted over the positive an negitive wires with makol as its a good insulater as it goes off like rubber an can stop any short outs IMG_7235.JPG

Is the floor too wide for the fuselage Chris? My Revell one was, at the front.

YES IT was Pete but i cut no end off to make sure this dint happen but as i could not fit the bottom propebely till i soledered all the black leds wires as they brake very easy as they are only as thick as human hairs i had to trust to luck an as you can see im not lucky

WOW Pete :thinking: dont do that give me ideas like that you'll give me a heart attack lol you must have seen how small the area is with your chopper LOL but i think that idea has merit on something a bit bigger with contactacts on a non eletrical back plate an same on the other side of the hinge so that when you close it the eletric passes an works thing an when the hinge is swung back then the eletric contact are broken congrates Pete a very good idea indeed an i may use it someday hope you not goin to pattern pending the idea :tongue-out3: :rolling: :smiling: :cold-sweat: lol
