Hi John

I've just caught up with this thread. You seem to have a nice kit underway. To my mind you are in fact building a very late Tiger with monocular gun sight and 40mm roof. A mid Tiger is typified by having rubber tyred wheels as apposed to the all steel wheels of a late Tiger. It is possible that the machine could have been rebuilt with a late turret but I think this unlikely. It's difficult to tell without seeing any of the hull. Your build seems to be coming along nicely and the detail is very good.

keep up the great work this dio is going to be special.

All the best Paul

Don't know if your interested but I'm doing a late Tiger conversion from the Tamiya RC Tiger at the mo.

Well that took 25 min's to sort out, the exhaust stack & inner cover is not glued in place as it still needs work.

Quick Q & A for u tiger dudes, which of the two tow cable's do you think would be better to use, the one supplied is the brass one the other one is what i use for my R/C stuff ??.
