Another small update.
Nearly there with the guts of this now and it looks like it fits ok, thankfully :smiling4:.

And how it will look with the lid on.
I’ll have to trim off the exhaust ends for the rear plate to fit.

The paint is still drying in places but once dried I’ll get it weathered up and give it a matt coat.
thanks for looking

Si,
Liking that a lot mate.
Thanks mate....It’s been time consuming so far but think I’m over the hump now.

Hi Si
Internals look very good. Glad that at least some will be seen.
Jim
Cheers Jim,
catching a glimpse of the engine was what I was after, so I think I’m heading in the right direction. I thoroughly enjoyed building up the Miniart Engine/tranny. I wonder if you can get a 72nd scale set for your Su build :tongue-out3:

Thanks very much for the kind comments chaps :smiling4:

The engine was a nice distraction from the main build and has now been weathered using oils and fixed permanently in place.
Over the week I managed to glue the track and wheels as one for easier painting and decorating :nerd:
Added the rest of the grab rails and straps for the ice cleats.
The PE transmission cover looked quite complicated but the kit option looks absolutely fine so I’ll save that for another T34 build. I did use the PE mesh rather than the kit nylon stuff.

Im thinking this is nearing end of assembly and paint is in sight.
Thanks again for looking in

That's looking really good! It's a real shame that all that great work on the engine will be hidden.................
Could be applied to all 'full interior' models, I guess

Cheers Dave :smiling4:,
I know what you mean about the hidden work. It was all about the building for me and I’ve got loads of pictures of the engine so I’m a happy bunny.

Very, very nice work here Mr. Benson! I like the finery and she should paint up quite nicely too. Excellent job Si....

I am a little upset that you hid the snow blower inside the rear of it though. It would have looked great mounted on the front bumper.......

Hi Si
Looking good. Having track/wheel assemblies removable for painting is a great idea. They are a bit fragile but that's a small price to pay.
