A‘noon gents,
Not much bench time over the week and what time I did have was spent re-doing the PE on the tranny and trying to figure out how to scratch build the lip on the rear that the access hatch would bolt onto.
Cut out a couple of large rings from plastic card to give a washer shape then punched out some 2mm discs and punched a 1.1mm hole in the centres.
Punching semi-circles into the large washer shape allowed me to install the smaller rings into place. Had to cut a very thin ring to insert into the rear plate to tidy it up as my cutting was a bit wonky
Next job is to work out where the fuel tanks go in the engine compartment and look into painting the engine/transmission.
