As Herr Gern informed you, apart from ze small projectors - und ze details of zose MUST remain secret - much of vat has been done so far ist preparatory vork. Ha ha ha! Ve haf received ze components of ze building, but ze site has needed much preparation. Ve cannot haf ze building collapse due to incorrect foundations! No indeed! Zat vould be disastrous! Ha ha ha! Ha ha ha!

Some assembly has already been completed, but clearly, zere ist much vork still to be done. (Ze roof panels haf not yet arrived but zey vill be here by ze time ve are ready to fit zem in place. Haa haa haa!)
Meanvile, some of ze basic eqvipment has arrived und ve vill soon start construction of mein laboratory und vorkshop. Progress vill be svift vonce zese are completed! HA HA HA! Even as ve speak, ze vehicles, alzough very old, are being made roadvorthy - ve haf many supporters freely giving us zeir time und access to zere garages - Haa haa haa! - und necessary modifications are in hand! Vonce satisfactory field tests haf been conducted - und I haf total confidence zat our projectors vill vork - it may be possible to upgrade zese vehicles und indeed disguise zeir purpose zo ze agents of MORON vill not find zem until zeir mission ist complete!! Ha ha ha! Ha ha ha! Ha ha ha!

Sorry to spoil your revelry. But the Marmite mines have been reopened and full production is scheduled for early next week.
The first consignment has been assigned to the war effort and the minister for Marmite assures the public there will be plentiful stock of the ‘black stuff’ to ensure a successful campaign!!
